We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2018, at the age of 84, Joel Wells (Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania), born in Tarentum, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret DiCaro Wells. He is survived by: his children, Greg L. Wells (Debra) of Natrona Heights, Mary Beth Welsh (Kevin) of Natrona Heights, Jennifer L. Welsh (John) of Natrona Heights and Meg L. Smith (James) of Natrona Heights; and his sister Betty Wells of Natrona Heights. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
