She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Klimkowski and Mary Klimkowski (Budney); her husband Louis S. Jezik; her son James J. Jezik; and her siblings, Frank, Stanley Klimkowski and Ruth Klimkowski.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Faulkner (Larry) of Brackenridge; her granddaughter Ashlynn Faulkner (Collin McClaine); and also John B. Lendvai.
