She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Shumaker; her parents, Edwin Elwood and Mary Elwood (Wagner); and her siblings, John, Harold and Grace Beers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Farren and Linda McMannis of New Kensington; her grandsons, Will Farren (Kaytee), Stephen and Timothy McMannis; her great grandchild Rosalie Grace; and her sister Marjorie Walters of York, PA..
