She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoni Dalka and Laura Dalka (Anuszek) of Natrona; her husband Walter S.; and her siblings, Genowefa, Helen, Irene Munden (Walter) and Edward Dalka (Sylvia).
She is survived by: her children, Sandra McClintock (late John), Annette Morris (John) and Robert Kaminski (Cecilia); her sister Cecelia Krajci (late Andrew); and her grandchildren, David McClintock (Jodi), Lori Brickner (Tim), Rebecca Morris (Brian Wilson) and James Morris (Jennifer). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, in honor of Jane's husband Walter, the family suggests memorial donations to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018.
