He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Sipes and Mary Sipes (Elosvai); his daughter Lori L. Sipes; his brother Robert Sipes; and his nephew Russell Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl L. Sipes (Chapman); his sister Mary Ellen Sipes of New Kensington; his nephew Levi Sipes of Greensburg; and his sister-in-law Cornelia "Cookie" Howard of Allegheny Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Jim may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
