Cowan Saicoe (Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania), born in Rural Valley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul A. Saicoe; and her brothers, Major Orman L. Boyer, Jr. and Philip K. Boyer. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey A. Cowan (Jennifer), Brackenridge, Lisa A. Kronenwetter (Andrew), Canonsburg, Traci L. McGowan (James), Plum Boro and Christopher J. Cowan (Amy). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
