George Chada Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Chada of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 7, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint George leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Chada and Irene Chybrzynski Chada. He is survived by: his brother Bill Chada of Natrona Heights; his wife Dolores Rusiewicz; his children, Celeste of Venice Beach, CA, Christopher (Theresa Nelson) of Agoura Hills, CA and Alexander of Santa Monica, CA; and his grandchildren, Lucy, Louisa and Zane Chada.
He was a member of the Society of Toxicology, formerly served on the Board at the Progressive Workshop, Kittanning, PA, and was well-known for his philanthropic contributions to and support of the Light of Life Rescue Mission of Pittsburgh, Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh, the Alle-Kiski HOPE Center, and the TryLife Center.
