He was predeceased by: his father Richard Calligan. He is survived by: his mother Dolores "Mitzi" Calligan (Bialas) of Natrona Heights; his wife Theresa "Terri" Calligan; his children, Mary Calligan (Em) of Natrona Heights and Peter Calligan of Slate Lick; his sisters, Amy and Diane; his brother-in-law Jim Rakowski (Pamela); his nieces, Jennifer and Katherine; his friends, John Barch, Mike Conroy and Mike Fetchko; and his pet Tod. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

Contributions in memory of Fran may be made to the American Cancer Society Donor Awareness Program.
