She is survived by: her children, David Headen (Floria), James Headen, Victor Headen (Threase), Linda Manley (LaVern), Mary Burke, William Headen, Reginald Headen, Barbara Powell (Dennis) and Donald Clay; and her brothers, Floyd (Bonnie), Lester (Debbie), William (Rose) and Harvey Kemp (Shirley). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
