She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jezik and Stella Jezik (Novak); and her siblings, Joseph, Louis, Carl, Edward Jezik, Margaret Minarik and Dorothy Giovanni.
She is survived by: her sister Frances Anthony of Natrona Heights; her nieces, Pam Passeltiner (Bern) and Linda Faulkner (Larry); and her great-niece Ashlynn Faulkner.
