He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bednar and Mary Bednar (Durkac); and his siblings, Albert Bednar and Alberta Bednar. He is survived by: his wife Irene Bednar (Zembrowski); his children, Edward L. Bednar Jr. of Lauderhill, Carol Bednar Kramer of Boca Raton and Marianne Glesk of Natrona Heights; his grandchildren, Anthony Glesk, Erica Lynn Culleiton (Thomas), Karianne Glesk (Fiance'), Ian Kramer and Christina Kramer; his siblings, John Bednar of Kane and Dorothy Romanick of Natrona Heights; and also John B. Lendvai.
