He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Bonislawski and Lorraine Baiko Bonislawski. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bonislawski (Eswein); his children, Matthew Bonislawski (Jessica) of Sarver and Jennifer Sobotka (Zakary) of Saxonburg; his grandchildren, Lucas, Eli Bonislawski, Blake and Alexia Sobotka; and his brother Larry Bonislawski of Cranberry Township.
