She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert E. Puhalla and Eleanor T. Puhalla. She is survived by: her daughters, Amber Greenlund of Trafford and Crystal Greenlund (Tim Hardin) of Delmont; her grandchildren, Aliyah, Isabella, Bennett, Amelia, Ethan and Josi; and her siblings, Sheryl Potocnak (James) and Randal Owcar (Maria) of Aliquippa.

Cynthia was a member of St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church but due to the times Covid it made it difficult to attend.
