He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Shoemaker and Louise C. Shoemaker (Helgert); his daughter Erica Walker (Shoemaker); and his siblings, Harry, Tom, Allen, Karen Malinoski and Janet Beresik.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Shoemaker (Kolwicz); his son Michael Shoemaker (Branna) of Natrona Heights; his grandchildren, Michael Logan Walker and Thomas Clark Walker; his son-in-law Eric Walker; his brothers, Barry Shoemaker (Janet), Kent Shoemaker (Josie) and Jay Shoemaker (Rose); his mother-in-law Patricia Kolwicz; his siblings-in-law, Micky Kolwicz (Sue), Terri Sader (Bob) and Bill Bele; his father-in-law Michael Kolwicz; and his sister-in-law Paula Bele.
