He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. II and Florence McCorkle II (Nelson); his former wife Nannette McCorkle; and his brothers, Herbert E. McCorkle III and Paul McCorkle.
He is survived by: his wife Scythelle McCorkle (Jordan); his siblings, Kathy Way and David McCorkle; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly McCorkle and Donna McCorkle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
