He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Haley Connolly (Nathan) of Natrona Heights, PA and Brian (Marissa); his siblings, Kevin Welsh (Mary Beth), Jack Welsh (Jennifer), Shelly Murdock (Chris), Julie Klemens (Phil), Mary Kay Heinle (Denny) and Patty Welsh; his child God Church; and also Msgr. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
