He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law George Maradei. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary Grube; his parents, Emma Jane and Ralph Donald Grube; his sisters, Shirley J. Grube and Prissy A. Pakulski; his siblings-in-law, Vince, Lenora Krzeminski, Dennis and Sharon Maradei; his great-niece Isabelle; and also Teresa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Pittsburgh in Blair's name at 2403 Sidney St #230, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
