He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kolodziejski and Genevieve Orkwiszewski Kolodziejski; his brother Danny Kolodziejski; and his brother-in-law Henry Bogan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Oden Kolodziejski; his children, Lisa Schaff (Greg), Amy Ziegler (Jim) and Anthony Kolodziejski (Liz); his sisters, Genevieve Bogan and Theresa Enfiejian (Terry); and his grandchildren, Haleigh Flores (Joel), Anthony Kolodziejski, Aiden Ziegler, Bella and Abby Kolodziejski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and a nephew.
