He is survived by: his spouse Bertha A. Ricketts Garmer; his children, Jeff Garmer (Colette) of Tarentum, Alan Garmer of New Bethlehem and Daniel L. Wise (Nadine) of Worthington; his grandchildren, Cameron, Elaine, Kelly and Delaney Garmer; and his siblings, Arthur Garmer (Shirley) of Springdale and Theda Fredley (Loyal).
