She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Michel and Virginia Michel (Cypher); her husband Samuel D. Perpiglia I; her son Samuel D. Perpiglia II; and her siblings, Richard, Lynn, Joseph Michel and Nancy Shehab.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie R. Campbell (Don Klingensmith) of Ford City; her grandchildren, Ali Shipman (Michael) and Jeffrey Campbell (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Levi, Wyatt, Dane and Cole Shipman; and her siblings, David Michel of Springdale and Anne Butler (Don) of Pittsburgh.
