He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. McNamara and Mary McNamara (Wallace); and his sister Mary Santiago. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Phillips McNama (Cook); his children, Jenny Lee Nuss (Tom) of Kimberton, Thomas H. McNamara IV (Linda Lou) of East Earl and Kristin D. Fischer (Michael W.) of Bloomsburg; his stepsons, Jason A. Phillips of Reading and Bryan H. Phillips of Reading; his grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Martin (Darin), Daniel Thomas McNamara (Ashley), Laura Michelle Stenberg (Paul), Sydney M. Schlappich, Abigail C. Fischer, John Phillips and Brileigh Phillips; his great grandchildren, Eleanor Grace and James Thomas McNamara; and his siblings, Catherine Bosi (Leone) and John McNamara (Mary) of Philadelphia.
