She was predeceased by: her parents, David Shirk and Bertha Shirk (Wiker); her husband A. Douglas Stauffer; and her siblings, George Shirk, Robert Shirk and Ruth Reifsnyder.

She is survived by: her children, Marcia L. (John D. Parsons) and Wayne D. Dull; her granddaughters, Cora E. Parsons and Emma N. Parsons; and her siblings, David Shirk Jr. and Susan.
