He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Taylor and Esther Taylor (Brown); his wife Betty Jane Weitzel Taylor (Devine); his daughter Corene Hughes; and his brother George Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Glen (Carol Taylor) of Morgantown, Craig (Andrea Taylor) of East Earl and Scott; his son-in-law James Hughes; and his brother David Taylor of Cross Keys. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
