He is survived by: his parents, Marvin S. Kurtz (Beth Kurtz) and Barbara Baxter (Cramer); his wife Rhonda M. Kurtz (Witmer); his sons, Nathan M. Kurtz (Kim Beyer) and Eric Kurtz; and his brother Michael H. (Deb Kurtz).
