She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Jacobs; and her parents, Edwin Smialkowski and Elizabeth Smialkowski. She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Edwards (Timothy); and her sisters, Maryann Smialkowski and Patricia Smialkowski (Benjamin). She is also survived by 3 granddaughters, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
