She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Alice Cleary Allen. She is survived by: her husband Basil L. Beltran; her children, Basil J. Beltran (Donna Campiglia) and Hilda Beltran (Judson Wagner); her grandchildren, Lilianna, Una, Noah, Avalon and Susanna; and her sister Dorothea O'Shea.
