He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Llewellyn and Mary Llewellyn (Miller); his brother Dennis Llewellyn; and his great-nephew Hunter Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Janet Frantz; his children, Richard Llewellyn (Maria), Karen Swalligan (John) and James Llewellyn; his siblings, Janet Simmons (Dave), Doris Llewellyn, Barry Llewellyn (Sandy) and Richard Llewellyn (Bernice); and his grandchildren, Ian Llewellyn, John, Martina Swalligan and Gabriel Llewellyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
