He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Hoover and Ellen Hoover (Luther); his wife Jacqueline; his siblings, Devon, James, Charles, Marjorie, Janet and Eleanor; his children, Thomas Hoover (Millie), Jack Hoover (Chrissy), Jill Werner, Dan Hoover (Robin), Mary Jones (Brian) and Jeff Hoover (Cyndi); his grandchildren, Michael, Jamie, Deanna, Jackie, Sarah, Jordan, Danica, Corey, Jenna and London; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jackson, Seth, Jameson and Aaron.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Nanty Glo.
