He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Barr and Susan Barr (Hutsko); and his siblings, Alice, Margaret, Helen, Anne, Mary, George, Joseph, John and Fred.
He is survived by: his wife Maryann Barr (Skubik); his children, Philip Barr (Cindy Sojak) of Vinco and Kathleen Teeter (Ron) of Vinco; his grandsons, Michael Teeter, Douglas Barr and Gordon Barr; his great grandchild Weston Teeter; and his sisters, Dorothy LePine and Patricia Miller.
