She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Hawksworth and Emaline M. Hawksworth (Garis); her son Donald Barr Jr.; and her brother Donald C. Hawksworth. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Fyock (Wes Lauffer) and Adam Barr; her grandchildren, Dana Sherman (Michael), Morgan Barr, Ruben Ray (Joyce) and Danny Cessna (Brittney); and her daughter-in-law Michele Barr. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
