She was predeceased by: her parent William Wilson; and her sisters, Lois Wilson, Doris Ebbs and Ruth Oliver. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Wilson (Long); her children, Mark Starvis and Lisa Starvis; and her siblings, Joann Bailey, Sarah Murphy and Joseph Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joyce's memory may be made to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3328 William Penn Ave., Johnstown, PA 15909.
