He was predeceased by: his father Jon A. McKinstry. He is survived by: his mother Rosemarie McKinstry (Rothe); his wife Betty Jean McKinstry (Wilson); his children, Yvonne McKinstry and Alex D. McKinstry; his grandchildren, Jon D. Lloyd and Kori Dospoy; his siblings, Deb Stoy (Ted), Joseph (Michelle), Christopher and Raymond (Rebeccah); and his pet Lacy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
