He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Augustosky and Mary Augustosky (Machuta); his son Stephen; his siblings, Frank and Rose Marie George; and his grandson Bradley Molinick.
He is survived by: his wife Norma (Fisher) of Nanty Glo; his children, Kim Augustosky, Wendy Wilson (Jeff) and David Augustosky; and his siblings, Steve (Mary), Louise Kachik and Judy Orlando. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in John's memory may be made to the Nanty Glo Library.
