He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Gallagher and Naomi Gallagher; and his wife Phyllis Joan "Josie" Gallagher (Ringler). He is survived by: his children, Patrick Gallagher (Karen), Mundys Corner, Gwen Paul (Rodney), Michael Gallagher, Elizabeth Lauer (Kevin), Pam Stager and Jennifer Hill (Dan).
