She is survived by: her children, Mary Frances Setz of Nanty Glo, Melissa Miller of Nanty Glo, Michaela Markovich of Nanty Glo and Francis John Markovich of Nanty Glo; her grandchildren, Kristin Borlie (Ernie Sekerak) and Jason Setz (Simone); her great grandchildren, Alivia Borlie, Zander Sekerak and Isaac Setz; her nieces, Michele Tauriello, Jackie Schmidt, Francesca Crispino and Christina Tedesco; her nephew Donald Saghy (Debbie); and her sister-in-law Josephine Kohute of Philadelphia.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen's memory may be made to St. Mary's Church. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith" 2 Timothy 4:5-8.
