She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Bert and Margaret Leone Devlin (Frye); her husband Francis, Jr.; her granddaughter Kacy Straub; and her siblings, Dennis, Robert, Daniel Devlin and Donna Sanderson.
She is survived by: her children, Robyn Wells (Frank), Randy Ley (Vickie), Christopher Ley (Melissa) and Brian Ley (Pamela); her grandchildren, Tom, Cam Ley, Tyler Straub, Katie Daisley, Charlotte, Owen and Oliver Ley; her great grandchildren, Gia, Mason Ley, Everly Straub and Jett Daisley; and her brother David Devlin. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane's memory may be made to Cambria County Humane Society.
