He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Bert and Margaret Leone Devlin (Frye); his wife Sharon (Fisher); his siblings, Dennis, Robert, Daniel Devlin, Donna Sanderson and Diane Ley; and his pet Luke.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Devlin, Kim Rock (Ron) and Darren Devlin (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Taylor Devlin, Claire, Seth Farabaugh, Trey Rock, Everett, Sawyer and Sullivan Devlin.
