She is survived by: her parents, Melanie Kopsic (Scott Boback) and Dennis Stephens, Jr. (Kari); her grandparents, Joseph, Joan Kopsic and Betty Stephens; her nephew Jaxson Krouse; and her niece Ryleigh Krouse. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
