It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty I. Casella of Nanty Glo, Pennsylvania, born in Salina, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Jewitt and Mary Jewitt (Kay); her husband Thomas E. Casella; her grandson Thomas Christian; her siblings, Harry, Bill Jewitt, Sarah Jane Stanko and Mary Phillipson; and her children, Sandra Casella, Barry Casella (Teresa) and Cindy Midock (Bill). She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made in Betty's memory to the Hummingbird Personal Care Home, 400 Park Ave., Patton, PA 16668.
