She is survived by: her daughter Rosemary Siuniak (Eli); her grandchildren, Nadine Shaffer, Eli Siuniak, Stephanie Hnatko (George), Christina Worthington (Michael) and Michael Siuniak (Angela); her great grandchildren, James, Michael, Matthew Shaffer, Zachary, Katelyn Hnatko, Isaac, Dmitri, Ella Worthington and Elias Siuniak; and her great great grandchild Ellie Shaffer.
