She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Meeker and Martha Mcroy Meeker; her husband Arthur G. Parsons, Sr.; her brother Wayne Meeker; and her pets, Lady and Fluffy.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew of Pringle, Mark (Cathy Hower) of Pittston, Arthur, Jr. (Kimberly) of Hunlock Creek, Eugene of Forty-Fort, Michael (Melinda) of Benton, Judy Wunner (Edward) of Pringle and Patricia Yuknavich (Stephen) of Courtdale; her daughter-in-law Claire Parsons of Nanticoke; and her brother Larry Meeker (Shiela) of Hunlock Creek. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and their spouses and 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
