He is survived by: his daughters, Renee and Sherry; his grandchildren, Ryan Calvin, Kyle Joseph, Katlyn Rose and Alexandria Beverly; and his siblings, Doris Elaine, Dale (Christine), David, Carol, Barbara and Terri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece.
