He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip E Scavone and Mae Gately Scavone; and his siblings, David, Phillip, Donnie and Catherine Masters.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Dugan; his children, Michael P. Scavone of Nanticoke, Celeste Czaja (Rob) of Scranton, Matthew Scavone (Wendy) of Hunlock Creek and Cynthia Murray (David) of Thompson Station, TN; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jr., Alexa, Amanda and Mitchell; and his siblings, Rich, John, Leonard Scavone, Rosemary and Linda. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
