She was predeceased by: her father John Sekel; her husband Richard Kozlowski; and her siblings, Marie Hrivnak, Vilma E. Beky, John, Dan Sekel and Betty.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Richard "Rick" Kozlowski (Colleen) of Waterford, VT and Robert "Rob" Kozlowski of Mountain Top; her grandchildren, Courtney Bertolini (Dylan), Brendan and Cameron Kozlowski; her great grandchild Enso Bertolini; and her sister Ellen Marshalla (Edward) of Pringle. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, fellow congregants and dear friends.
