He is survived by: his parent Phyllis Petrochko (Gorski) of Nanticoke; his children, Steven Petrochko of Nanticoke, Matthew Petrochko of Pickerington, Nicole Petrochko of Wilkes-Barre, Rachel Purvin (John) of Nanticoke and Megan Petrochko of Nanticoke; his grandchildren, Conner, Camden and Johnny; his brother James Petrochko (Ann Marie) of Mountain Top; his nephews, Kevin Petrochko, Collin Petrochko and Derek Petrochko; and also, Patricia Gregory (Wilson), Karen Shaffer (Wes), Jonathan Shaffer and Benjamin Shaffer.
