With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry John Harris of Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Larry John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Tomshaw; and his grandmother Beatrice Harris. He is survived by: his wife Blanche Turcic; and his siblings, Michael, Steven Tomshaw and Jeanne Moattari. He is also survived by several step-children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc. (2386 PA-118, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621). A prayer was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the Kocher Cemetery.
