He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard R. Hoover and Mae Hunter Hoover; his wife Keriann Smith; his daughters, Cali and Ireland; his brother Kevin T. Hoover (Laurann T.) of Moosic; and his siblings-in-law, Kelly M. Bolt, Iva A. Smith and Heath Smith of Hunlock Creek. He was also cherished by his daughters' dance classes and spending time with his wife and daughters.
