He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Gyle and Shirley Norton; his grandson Richard; and his siblings, Howard, James, Paul Gyle, Sarah Moyer, Shirley Mae Gyle and Maryann Storm.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Muchler; his daughters, Amy Weaver (Richard), Donna Gyle (Todd) and Crystal Williams (Michael); his grandchildren, Donald Shoemaker, Brandon, Bradley (Nicholas Suprum), Edward (Evan Williams), Tyler (Chad Martin) and Dakota Simpson; his great grandchildren, Chase, Brayden, Jaxon, Kinsley Suprum and Marie Williams; and his siblings, Wayne Gyle, Robert Gyle, Sandra Koons, Elizabeth Fitts, Gloria Lefort, Ashley and Penny Kapinsky. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
