He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Russel and Edith Emily LeVan (Hendren). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann LeVan (March); his son William Charles (Alisa LeVan) of Margate, FL; and his sister Ruth Eleanor Price of West Lawn. He is also survived by 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
