He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Boltz (Emily Culverhouse) of Mililani, HI and Alexander Boltz (Britny Kovac) of Mount Joy; his girlfriend Stephanie Holmes of Myerstown; his girlfriend's daughter Emma Holmes; and his sister Marcy Sandoval (Ruben) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
